All prices are in US dollars and exclude third-party costs such as domains, hosting providers, licensed fonts or Apple’s Developer Program fee. Final pricing is set in a written proposal and agreement. Projects are invoiced in milestones. This website does not process payments.

01 What does VELDEN do?
VELDEN LLC is a digital studio organized in New Mexico. We work in two areas: we design, publish and operate our own subscription apps on Apple’s App Store, and we design and build websites, web software and mobile apps for businesses.
02 Who do you work with?
We work with small and mid-sized businesses, founders and teams across North America, primarily in the United States and Canada. All projects are delivered remotely and in English.
03 How are projects priced and paid?
Every project starts with a written proposal and a signed agreement that set out the scope, timeline and a fixed price in US dollars. We invoice in milestones, typically 40% to begin and the balance across agreed delivery milestones. No payments are collected on this website.
04 Who owns the finished work?
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final design and the custom code we wrote for you. Third-party components, such as open-source libraries or licensed fonts, remain under their own licenses, which we document at handover.
05 How do subscriptions in VELDEN apps work?
Subscriptions to VELDEN apps are sold and billed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them anytime in your Apple Account settings on your device. VELDEN never receives your payment card details.
06 Can I get a refund?
For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. For client projects, refunds follow the terms of your agreement and our Refund Policy, which explains both cases in detail.
07 What happens to my email if I join the waitlist?
We store only your email address and, if you choose, your area of interest. We use it to tell you when our apps launch and for nothing else. We never sell or share it. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
08 How do we get started?
